Shenyang Muguang Cattle Shed is located in Dongtun Village, Laodafang Town, Liaozhong District, serving as the core part of a large-scale ecological breeding base. The core of the project is built with steel structure, which, relying on the advantages of high strength and large span, can create open column-free breeding space to meet the needs of large-scale beef cattle breeding. Moreover, the steel structure has light self-weight and excellent seismic performance, which can improve the safety and stability of the building and adapt to the geological conditions in Shenyang. At the same time, the steel structure has a short construction period and high prefabrication degree, which can quickly complete the construction of 35 standardized cattle sheds and 2 isolation sheds, greatly shortening the project period; the later maintenance is convenient and the recycling rate is high, which is in line with the green development concept of ecological breeding. Covering a total area of 213,800 ㎡ with a total construction area of 112,400 ㎡, the project mainly includes supporting environmental protection facilities such as closed composting yards and black film fermentation tanks, designed to have an annual stock and slaughter of 9,000 beef cattle each. Adhering to the "muguang complementary" concept, it balances breeding and green development, adopting technologies like daily dry manure cleaning, environmental deodorant spraying, and bag-type dust removal for feed processing. Manure is returned to fields after fermentation to achieve ecological circulation. Equipped with intelligent breeding equipment and monitoring systems, it greatly improves breeding efficiency, becoming a benchmark project for ecological breeding transformation in Shenyang.
